How long does shipping take?

Packages to the USA & Canada sent by standard shipping, usually with UPS/USPS, it takes around 1-3 days to fulfill the order and 5-12 days to deliver it to our customers (in rare cases it may take up to 21 days to complete the delivery after the order was fulfilled).

International orders have the same fulfill time and the delivery usually takes between 7-18 days, however 
due to high demand of some of our most popular items or due to problems caused by COVID-19, delivery time can get longer so please allow up to 4 weeks for delivering the items.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Of course! We offer tracking number for most of the countries. This will be sent to you through email (filled in the order page).
It is usually a matter of days but may take up to 5-10 days during peak season as several shipping companies may delay the shipment.


I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

No need to worry, it can happen. All you need is to email us ASAP, and we will do our best to resolve this issue. It's advised to contact us instantly within a day because we immediately ship your order the same day or maybe a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.


Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

In an unfortunate condition, if you want to cancel your order with us, then possibly cancel it in 2 hours after the order placed. After that, our team won’t be able to cancel any of your orders once it is processed or shipped.

Invalid Reasons:

  1. The buyer is no longer in the need of the item. This is a very commonly stated reason and is rendered invalid by our company.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that they want the items before placing the order. Once the order is placed, it is warranted by the buyer that they have entered a legal contract agreeing to buy each item that has been ordered.

  2. The buyer has found another outlet selling a similar item/s at a cheaper rate. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be sure that they are ready to pay the price of the goods before they place the order. Once the buyer places the order, it is warranted by the buyer that they have entered a legal contract agreeing to buy each item that has been ordered.

Are there customs, taxes, duties, and/or tariffs?

 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused but we do not take responsibility for any customs, taxes, duties or other tariffs which do not fall under our purview. We have no control over this matter as it is related to laws and regulations that are specific to your region where the order will be shipped. Therefore, the taxes and customs charges must be handled by the customer and hence, the final price is not inclusive of these charges.

In case you are not sure about the relevant taxes or the custom fees, it is best to contact your local customs office.


Will my order come in one package?

In order for us to make sure your order ship as soon as possible, some items may be shipped in separate packages.
